Well I was looking for a map editor for my project and I couldn't find anything suited for my purpose Most of the free editors use tiles and everything is made up of tiles, I needed a little bit more freedom so I made my own editor.
It support layers, zooming, marquee selection, snapping, copy, paste, transparency, collision data for moving entities and pathfinding data (free placement of nodes) for navigation graphs.
Developed in C++ and DirectX.
